Managed detailing and drawing production for Dubai Festival City, a world-class shopping destination in the extremely competitive Middle Eastern retail market. Collaborating with JERDE as the Design Architect, my role was to lead and support a team of ten Wakefield Beasley employees and consultants deployed  to the site to handle construction document production.

The team managed to complete drawings for a major eleventh hour design change that encompassed 2.5 million square feet of interior retail and all the surrounding hardscape.  The project was successfully completed on time and today, it is unlike any retail development ever built  on this side of the ocean.  The project has parking spaces underneath a large marina connected to the gulf, massive amounts of retai/ entertainment space with 12 indoor water features, several movie theaters, and prayer rooms located throughout.
