DUBAI, U.A.E.
Festival City is a 2.5 million square foot, three level mall with an interior water canal situated over a two-level, 9,000 car parking deck. The project also includes a multitude of uses including a marina and outdoor dining.

Delray Marketplace is a 185,000 square foot regional lifestyle and entertainment center containing numerous shops, boutiques,
fine dining and a theater /restaurant node.

The ability to produce quick renderings by hand has been a tremendous asset. It is always helpful to pull out a box of markers to create concepts. The quality and level of detail of these sketches vary widely, but these powerful and engaging images often serve as inspiration through all the phases of the project.
